Inn-Venue's head office at Hadapsar, Pune
is a 10,000 square feet, 4 storey independent building. The
administrative offices, facilities and stores occupy two floors. |

The first floor is exclusively devoted to
the bakery and patisserie where products are created for Baker's Basket
and off-premise banquets. State-of-the-art equipment includes dough-sheeters,
dough-proofers, mixers, bain maries, ovens, walk in coolers and a
separate refrigeration unit for chocolates. |

The second floor houses the kitchen, with
a garde manger, continental kitchen, Indian kitchen and pantry space.
The kitchen is equipped with food processors, pulverizers, vegetable
choppers, combination oven and a walk in deep freezer. |

The eight delivery vans ensure timely and
fresh supply. |
|
The eight Baker's Basket shops are
strategically located throughout the city. Each shop has its own infrastructure of cooling counters and microwaves to ensure that
customers get items that are fresh and ready to eat. |

Both Polka Dots restaurants have trendy
dining areas with see-through kitchens. Kitchens are equipped to ensure
that customers get the full range of freshly prepared world cuisine. |

A 6 storey building is under construction
for the Redcarpet Hospitality and Culinary Academy. The Academy will
have well equipped kitchens, housekeeping lab, training guestroom,
training restaurant, front office lab and a web enabled IT lab. The
building is strategically located adjacent to the Inn-Venue head office
for training purposes. |
